What you'll do

  • Translate complex regulatory and insurance requirements into clear user stories and technical requirements.
  • Partner with data science and engineering teams to establish trust thresholds for AI-driven decisions.
  • Set and track business outcome objectives related to customer adoption, retention, and compliance accuracy.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through influence to align on shared goals and product outcomes.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate discovery-to-delivery cycles and automate complex workflows.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in product management with a track record of shipping products that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end product experiences across multiple products, domains, or capabilities with a high bar for quality.
  • Experience defining product strategy for an offering or capability that drove meaningful business growth.
  • Experience using AI tools daily and applying AI/ML or agentic AI to automate complex, high-stakes workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with engineering on technical decisions, system architecture, and AI/ML-powered features.
  • Excellent communication skills to write clearly, present persuasively, and build alignment across diverse stakeholders.
  • Undergraduate degree in technology, business, or a related field (or 6+ years of equivalent professional experience).
  • Domain expertise in benefits, insurance, payroll, HR, or regulated SaaS workflows (preferred); MBA, CPA, or advanced degree (preferred).
