What you'll do

  • Build custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of Workday experience with deep expertise in Benefits and Advanced Compensation configuration.
  • Strong understanding of Total Rewards business processes and ability to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Proven track record of managing complex backlogs and prioritizing across competing needs in a global environment.
  • Experience designing, building, testing, and deploying Workday integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, and RaaS.
  • U.S. soil status and U.S. person status as defined by federal regulations.
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively and communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Workday Certifications in Benefits, Advanced Compensation, and Core HCM preferred.
