What you'll do

  • Develop and implement the product roadmap for financial applications like Zip, Coupa, NetSuite.
  • Analyze Procure-to-Pay business processes and translate needs into technical solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize finance business processes and support Reddit’s growth.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure optimal system performance and product utilization.
  • Create product management artifacts such as Functional Specifications and Data Flow Diagrams.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of system administration experience with ERPs like NetSuite and other finance applications.
  • Deep understanding of financial business processes including Procure-to-Pay, Record to Report, and Quote-to-Cash.
  • Hands-on configuration experience in various NetSuite modules such as General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, and Customizations.
  • 3+ years of experience with large-scale ERP implementations and integrations using middleware technologies like Workato/MuleSoft/Boomi.
  • Proven expertise in Agile methodology including sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and reporting in Jira.
