What you'll do

Lead the technical design and delivery of partner onboarding systems, integration platforms, and APIs.
Architect and build the Account Linking Platform to connect external partner accounts to Fanatics ONE identities.
Drive identity provider integrations to ensure partners connect to Fanatics Identity reliably and securely at scale.
Build loyalty program integration systems for FanCash, Tier Points, and One Credit earning and redemption.
Establish engineering standards by reviewing code, setting patterns, and ensuring systems are observable and maintainable.
Engage directly with external partners to translate their technical requirements into scalable platform solutions.
Improve developer experience by creating tooling, documentation, and self-service capabilities to reduce integration time.
Mentor engineers through pairing and design reviews to raise the team's technical bar.

What we're looking for

8+ years of software engineering experience.
2+ years in a staff-level or equivalent technical leadership role.
Strong full stack engineering background across backend services, APIs, and frontend tooling.
Deep experience designing and building integration platforms, partner APIs, or developer-facing systems.
Proven experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and identity provider integrations.
Track record of architecting distributed systems that operate reliably at scale.
Experience working in a multi-tenant or multi-opco environment.
Experience with GO and Typescript/React (preferred).
Experience with loyalty, rewards, or payments platforms (preferred).
Familiarity with event-driven architectures (Kafka or similar) (preferred).
Experience building account linking or federation systems (preferred).
Prior experience at a sportsbook, fintech, or regulated industry (preferred).
