As a Staff Engineer, you will mentor engineers, drive technical excellence, and foster innovation while working on products tailored for enterprise customers in both European and US markets, adhering to varying regulations. Ideal candidates have over seven years of hands-on development experience, two or more years in lending or credit product development, and expertise in building core components like underwriting engines. Knowledge of B2B enterprise market dynamics is a plus.

What we're looking for
At least 7 years of hands-on development experience in a modern engineering environment.
Experience developing lending or credit products for at least 2 years.
Proven track record of building a credit engine and core components of a lending platform.
Ability to provide architectural and design leadership for financial product offerings.
Expertise in designing, building, and optimizing loan origination platforms.
Mentorship skills to uphold high standards of technical excellence among engineers.
