What we're looking for
10+ years of hands-on development experience in modern engineering environments.
Extensive experience designing and building large-scale distributed systems.
Solid background in coding with Java, including hands-on experience.
At least 2 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably banking or fintech.
Ability to generalize complex processes and create flexible services for multiple products.
Proven track record of mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence.
