What we're looking for
10+ years of experience designing, improving, or supporting production platforms across data warehousing, operational datastores, distributed systems, or data architecture.
Hands-on experience with Snowflake in production environments including governance, security, observability, and cost management.
Strong experience with relational databases, ideally Postgres, including schema design, indexing, query optimization, and troubleshooting.
Experience guiding datastore and architecture decisions across technologies such as Postgres, MongoDB, Redis, and Snowflake.
Experience with microservices and event-driven systems (Kafka and Debezium preferred).
Strong communication and technical judgment to influence teams and improve engineering practices in complex environments.
