What you'll do

Manage project inception and design development for civil engineering projects at Disneyland Resort.
Develop bid level construction documents including drawings and specifications for various project types.
Resolve design issues creatively by coordinating with other disciplines to ensure constructability and efficiency.
Review and approve shop drawing submittals, ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
Perform field work to assess utilities infrastructure and propose upgrades or replacements as needed.
Lead the development of system models for underground utility systems to support project management.

What we're looking for

10+ years of civil engineering experience in design and construction.
Expertise in site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater management.
Proficient with AutoCAD (Civil 3D), Revit, Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam Revu.
Strong communication skills for client interaction and project documentation.
Self-starter capable of translating concepts into physical reality independently.
BS Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university required.
Current Professional Engineer registration in the State of California.
