  • Develop comprehensive evaluation frameworks to measure agent quality, reliability, and safety.
  • Mentor engineers and scientists, establishing technical best practices within the team.

What we're looking for

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.
  • 8+ years of industry ML experience with expertise in LLMs and agentic system development.
  • Demonstrated skills in fine-tuning techniques (SFT, RLHF, DPO) for production systems.
  • Deep experience building evaluation frameworks for LLMs and multi-agent systems.
  • Proficiency in PyTorch and agentic frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, ADK.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills; operates effectively in fast-moving environments.
