What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of experience as a Machine Learning engineer or combined ML and software engineering with extensive project leadership.
  • In-depth Python programming skills, understanding of APIs and microservices architecture, and proficiency in Git and version control.
  • At least 2 years of AI/ML solution development including agentic systems design and deployment on cloud platforms.
  • Proven ability to lead technical projects involving both legacy IBMi AS400 systems and modern technologies.
  • Experience in developing software with a focus on clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices and design patterns.
