What you'll do

  • Administer and operate Boomi and Confluent platforms for enterprise integrations.
  • Develop AI-assisted templates or workflows using Boomi Agent Studio.
  • Build and maintain operational standards for event streaming and iPaaS platforms.
  • Define and operationalize SLOs/SLIs, error budgets, runbooks, and on-call readiness.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and policy-as-code for integration artifacts.
  • Enable end-to-end observability using Datadog across integrations and infrastructure.

What we're looking for

  • Strong hands-on experience with Boomi Enterprise and Agent Studio for development and administration.
  • Extensive experience with Confluent/Kafka operations, including cluster health, capacity planning, and RBAC/ACLs.
  • Experience deploying and operating platforms on AWS, including EKS/Kubernetes, IAM, networking, and security controls.
  • Proven ability to debug complex technical issues independently using JIRA and ServiceNow for incident management.
