What we're looking for
5+ years of software engineering experience
At least 2 years of leadership in software engineering teams
Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code (OpenTofu, Terraform)
Experience with container orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker, Helm)
Familiarity with observability and monitoring tooling (Grafana, Prometheus)
Proven ability to develop, lead, coach, and mentor software engineers
CS degree or equivalent experience required
