What you'll do

  • Oversee end-to-end marketing data flow and integrate AI for operational insights.
  • Lead privacy compliance efforts in partnership with legal and privacy teams.
  • Audit data quality and troubleshoot data flows using SQL and Python.
  • Operationalize Customer 360 on CDP and enable unified segmentation.
  • Design and implement scalable operational processes to optimize workflow efficiency.
  • Perform quantitative analysis and modeling to execute optimization programs leveraging AI.
  • Serve as a thought leader in efficient and effective data operations practices.

What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience in MarTech and Digital Marketing roles with a focus on technical initiatives.
  • Expert knowledge of technical integrations across the MarTech stack including CDPs, CRMs, and data warehousing solutions.
  • Deep fluency in leveraging AI/ML for real-time data orchestration and predictive modeling.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business objectives into detailed technical requirements using agile methodologies.
  • Strong understanding and practical application of global data privacy standards such as GDPR and CCPA.
  • Experience driving the design and implementation of scalable data infrastructure for real-time decisioning.
