What you'll do
- Develop expert understanding of Signify’s core product offerings and analytics technology.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract data for analysis from large databases.
- Provide clinical insights through analyzing healthcare claims data and HEDIS measures.
- Define, track, and report metrics representing the value of Diagnostic Preventative Services products.
- Create ad hoc analyses, dashboards, and visualizations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to execute strategic priorities.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or analytics roles.
- Strong SQL skills for complex query writing and database management.
- Experience with healthcare claims data and understanding HCCs, ICD10, etc.
- Ability to develop dashboards and visualizations using PowerBI or similar tools.
- Expert communication skills for stakeholder engagement and reporting.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Background in risk adjustment, quality metrics, and care management preferred.
