Senior Staff Product Security Engineer, AI

What you'll do

• Define and execute the technical strategy and roadmap for AI security controls and assurance.
• Design and implement security controls for AI-assisted software development, including automated testing and risk-based enforcement.
• Conduct security reviews of AI-enabled applications, models, agentic systems, and their associated data flows.
• Build and scale AI-driven capabilities to automate the discovery, validation, and remediation of vulnerabilities.
• Establish security requirements for agent identity, least privilege, execution isolation, and human approval in AI workflows.
• Develop monitoring, auditability, and incident response protocols for AI systems and sensitive data access.
• Create criteria for evaluating and onboarding third-party AI models, services, and developer tools.
• Serve as a senior technical escalation point to resolve complex AI security issues and lead architectural reviews.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on familiarity with application security tools including SAST, DAST, SCA, WAF, and Burp Suite.
• Strong programming experience in at least one language such as Ruby, Java, Python, JavaScript, or Swift.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, and version control systems like Git.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud vendor (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong understanding of authentication and authorization protocols including OAuth 2.0 and SAML.
• Deep knowledge of application security vulnerabilities, secure software development practices, and technical controls.
