What you'll do
- Translate problem statements into clear business and technical requirements through BRDs and PRDs.
- Create and maintain a prioritized roadmap and requirements backlog from discovery through general availability.

What we're looking for
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Product Manager, Engineering Manager, Data Scientist, or related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to define new products and strategies in ambiguous spaces and execute from ideation to go-to-market.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, data, and PMM teams to anticipate and meet stakeholder needs.
- Deep understanding of business metrics and tradeoffs within the context of online marketplaces.
- Experience with Ads Marketplace and/or Ads Formats (preferred).
- Direct experience with and fundamental understanding of ads delivery systems (preferred).
- Experience designing, running, or analyzing marketplace experiments (preferred).
