What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree with 14 years or Master’s degree with 12 years of relevant Systems Engineering experience.
  • Proven experience managing systems engineering projects with responsibility for schedule, cost, and scope.
  • Advanced knowledge of DoD system development life cycles, cybersecurity standards, and network technologies.
  • Minimum 8 years hands-on design and implementation in Avionics, Hardware/Software, or Electrical Design.
  • Current DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret w/SCI and SAP clearances within 6 months.
  • Ability to obtain full DoD 8570 qualification in the IASAE 3 role within 6 months of hire.
