What you'll do

Develop and implement quantization tooling for efficient neural network model deployment on Snapdragon platforms.
Optimize the performance and accuracy of quantized models through detailed analysis and testing.
Contribute to automation of AI workflows using agentic frameworks like Claude Code or similar tools.
Participate in design and code reviews within the AISW Tools team at Qualcomm.
Lead junior team members and make decisions impacting direct work area and group.

What we're looking for

4+ years of software development experience using Python and/or C/C++
Strong background in machine learning and deep learning theory
Experience working with Deep Learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design
Familiarity with quantization techniques such as PTQ, QAT, AWQ, SpinQuant
Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
Strong communication skills for verbal, presentation, and written contexts
