What we're looking for

Deep proficiency in Ruby, GraphQL, Golang, and React.
At least 2 years of proven experience with backend development using Golang or similar language in Ad Tech.
At least 2 years of frontend development experience with JavaScript, React, focusing on application performance for low memory footprints.
Experience building analytics features including reporting, aggregations, operational metrics, and customer-facing insights.
Strong architectural skills and proficiency with version control systems like Git and front-end build tools such as webpack, npm.
Familiarity with scaling patterns including caching, background jobs, rate limiting, performance tuning.
