What you'll do

  • Drive technical excellence through code reviews, testing, and adherence to coding standards.
  • Architect technical solutions by partnering with product owners and architects to define system design.
  • Solve complex software problems across the full lifecycle from ideation to retirement.
  • Mentor junior developers and support their growth in PEGA development practices.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience designing software and writing production code on Pega.
  • Expertise in secure development practices and static code analysis tools.
  • Experience delivering scalable solutions across multiple programming languages and environments.
  • Proficiency with public cloud technologies (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud).
  • Deep knowledge of SOLID design principles, OOP, and distributed systems.
  • Expertise in CI/CD systems and building deployment pipelines in PEGA.
  • Demonstrated experience in unit testing, integration testing, and performance/load testing.
