What you'll do

  • Engineer Zero-Trust access controls for workforce and service identities using RBAC and ABAC.
  • Migrate administrators to right-sized entitlements, eliminating long-lived elevated access across platforms.
  • Participate in POCs and deployments for SaaS security posture monitoring tools.
  • Instrument identity metrics collection by standardizing log schemas for authentication and authorization.
  • Contribute to architecture & standards by authoring implementation guides and reference architectures.

What we're looking for

  • Experience with enterprise identity controls and solutions using Entra ID/AD, Okta, or SailPoint.
  • Strong understanding of Zero Trust principles, least privilege model, and continuous verification in the enterprise.
  • Skills for securing large SaaS tenants (M365, Slack, GitHub, Workday, Google) including Authn/Authz.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with IT and security teams to develop risk-reducing outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for complex problem-solving discussions.
  • Proven ability to deliver measurable technical outcomes aligned with long-term strategic goals.
  • Active team participation and a passion for delivering creative solutions collaboratively.
