What you'll do

Create visual solutions using Jira data and project management tools to tell compelling stories through dashboards.
Identify daily inefficiencies and conduct root cause analyses to provide actionable recommendations for process improvement.
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence.
Manage cross-functional project plans to ensure work is scheduled appropriately to mitigate risk and meet deadlines.
Provide visibility into delivery targets, commitments, and ongoing progress to key stakeholders.
Maintain MADI site information, distribution lists, and shared drive best practices.
Standardize processes and implement innovative solutions to improve team efficiency.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
At least 2 years of Process Management experience.
At least 2 years of Project Management or Risk Management experience.
Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
3+ years of Process Management experience (preferred).
3+ years of Project Management or Risk Management experience (preferred).
3+ years of experience with Tableau and Structured Query Language (SQL) (preferred).
