Completes risk analysis studies on new designs and processes, ensuring corrective measures meet standards.
Analyzes performance reports and investigates variables affecting product and process reliability.
Proposes changes in design or formulation to improve system and process reliability as necessary.
Determines units requiring environmental testing and specifies sample sizes for statistically valid data.

What we're looking for

Extensive experience in design controls, validation and verification (V&V), and risk management.
Strong understanding of regulatory standards such as 21CFR820, ISO13485, and ISO14971.
Proven ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate complex projects with cross-functional teams.
Experience in system thinking and process mapping for identifying interfaces and dependencies.
Background in medical device development and electrical/electronic engineering.
