What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end product experience for specific areas like Finance, Accounting, or Tax within the Amazon Leo ecosystem.
  • Define and analyze subscription lifecycle models, pricing strategies, and performance metrics for diverse customer segments.
  • Translate complex customer needs into clear business requirements and "working backwards" documents to guide engineering and design.
  • Participate in technical discussions with engineering teams regarding system architecture, technology decisions, and implementation trade-offs.
  • Lead executive-level prioritization meetings by presenting data-driven analyses and making clear recommendations on strategic trade-offs.
  • Manage cross-functional execution across legal, operations, and marketing teams to ensure product launch readiness and integration.
  • Develop and track KPIs that reflect genuine customer outcomes and business health rather than vanity metrics.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of the AI-powered Agentic UAT framework for product experience validation.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of technical product management experience owning delivery, stakeholder management, and product implementation.
  • Experience owning a product area in at least one of the following domain areas: Finance, Tax, or Accounting.
  • Experience managing technical products or online services at scale.
  • Experience owning feature delivery and trade-offs of a product.
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status per export control requirements.
  • 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements within the telecommunications sector (preferred).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment (preferred).
  • Deep understanding of customer needs for modern telecommunication services, particularly satellite broadband (preferred).
  • Experience defining subscription lifecycle models, market strategies, and KPIs for multi-segment products (preferred).
  • Experience using analytical tools and data analysis to surface product insights (preferred).
  • Track record of authoring high-quality working backwards documents and business requirements (preferred).
