What you'll do

Build models, tools, backend solutions, and user-facing products to enhance safety for all users.
Identify new product opportunities by leveraging global scale and safety infrastructure to provide customer value.
Collect and analyze data to inform product direction while soliciting and embracing critical feedback.
Communicate plans, insights, and results to executives and other decision-makers across the company.
Partner with Data Science and UX Research teams to identify user problems and evangelize proposed solutions.
Distill vision and strategy into actionable plans through creative problem solving and ruthless prioritization.
Define OKRs and roadmaps for complex programs to ensure rapid, high-quality delivery.
Own the design process for complex products by providing context to designers and driving fast iteration.

What we're looking for

6+ years of experience as a Product Manager shipping large-scale projects with quantifiable impact.
Proven track record in developing products leveraging complex algorithms or data-driven optimization.
Ability to convert unstructured problems with significant ambiguity into focused plans for multi-team projects.
Strong technical depth to coordinate large engineering efforts and identify potential technical risks.
Experience defining OKRs and roadmaps for complex programs or platforms.
Demonstrated leadership in overseeing experimental teams and partnering with data science managers for data-driven prioritization.
Proficiency in UX/UI paradigms to own the design process and drive fast iteration cycles.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical/quantitative field.
Domain expertise in Financial Services, Autonomous Vehicles, or high-scale Marketplace mechanics (preferred).
Strategic 0-to-1 experience generating innovative ideas for new product areas (preferred).
Global experience building and launching products across diverse regional contexts (preferred).
