What you'll do

Lead identification and prioritization of opportunities to maximize customer value through NetSuite's SuiteReview methodology.
Serve as a trusted advisor to customer leadership, providing strategic guidance on business and technology decisions.
Architect complex solutions for customer requirements in partnership with Technical Services teams.
Integrate AI-driven tools and methodologies into customer advisory engagements to enhance business outcomes.
Maintain deep expertise in Oracle NetSuite products and pursue relevant certifications.
Drive consistent execution of ACS methodologies and delivery standards to ensure customer success.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in NetSuite core industries like Consumer Goods or Food & Beverage.
Deep expertise in multiple NetSuite modules including Financials, CRM, Inventory Management, and Order Management.
Proven track record in business process consulting with C-suite interactions.
Experience defining requirements for complex customizations and integrations.
Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Ability to synthesize information into strategic visions and execution roadmaps.
