What we're looking for

15+ years of technology experience in financial services with senior-level engineering leadership.
Deep hands-on expertise in designing and implementing multi-agent workflows and agentic AI platforms.
Extensive experience in architecting enterprise LLMOps infrastructure pipelines across major cloud providers.
Proficiency with modern AI platforms, programming languages (Python, SQL, Rust), and AI-assisted development tools.
4+ years of experience working with unstructured data sources such as sales notes and social media.
Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders across geographies.
