What you'll do

Serve as primary liaison between production, test, and design teams for real-time issue resolution.
Optimize manufacturing test flows to enhance quality, efficiency, throughput, and robustness.
Review and approve manufacturing processes and work instructions for avionics hardware assembly and testing.
Lead disposition and corrective action for non-conformances during production test phases.
Develop and maintain KPI reporting tools for yield trends, test escape analysis, cycle times, and equipment performance.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering.
5+ years of experience in design, test, or manufacturing engineering for electronic hardware products.
Experience developing and supporting manufacturing test flows and automation.
Proficiency in root cause analysis on electronic assemblies at component and system levels.
Hands-on experience with hardware bring-up and debug using oscilloscopes and other diagnostic tools.
Strong understanding of PCBA fabrication, assembly, DFM, and testing.
