What you'll do

Lead the architecture and development of PLM systems to integrate with engineering workflows.
Oversee deployment and performance management of CAD tools across high-performance computing environments.
Define and execute a multi-year technology roadmap for enterprise platforms aligned with business objectives.
Design integrations between PLM, CAD, ServiceNow, and other enterprise systems to streamline data flow.
Establish SLAs and monitoring processes to ensure 99.9%+ availability of managed platforms.
Ensure all platforms meet corporate security standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
Manage platform budgets, software licensing, and vendor relationships for cost-effective solutions.

What we're looking for

Over 7 years of experience in planning and delivering automated systems and infrastructure automation tools.
Proven track record of managing mission-critical enterprise platforms with a focus on security, privacy, and efficiency.
Expertise in cloud hosting technologies (AWS, Azure) and modern cloud services.
Strong background in software development lifecycle, including agile methodologies and API-enabled environments.
Extensive knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, Bash, and operating systems like Linux and Windows.
Leadership experience in recruiting, developing, and managing high-performing teams of engineers and administrators.
Deep understanding of PLM (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter) and CAD tools (e.g., Mentor, NX) deployment and integration.
