Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring global networks using SolarWinds, managing ServiceNow ITSM workflows, and providing executive briefings to mission partners. Required expertise includes proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, system virtualization, and enterprise storage networks. The candidate must possess a DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification and have extensive experience in network design or IT operations management within a secure environment.
