Senior Network Engineer, Juniper Operating Systems

What you'll do

• Identify and prioritize serviceability and supportability gaps across Juniper and HPE networking portfolios.
• Analyze customer feedback, support cases, and escalation trends to identify systemic product issues.
• Translate technical pain points into actionable requirements for Product Management and Engineering teams.
• Ensure supportability features like diagnostics, logging, and observability are integrated into future product designs.
• Lead cross-functional forums to prioritize serviceability enhancements and influence the product roadmap.
• Develop executive-level reports connecting technical gaps to business impact and customer outcomes.
• Define metrics and frameworks to track serviceability improvements and Voice of the Customer trends.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Networking, or a related technical discipline.
• Significant experience in advanced networking engineering, escalation engineering, product supportability, or technical support roles.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of enterprise and service provider technologies including routing, switching, cloud NMS, telemetry, and diagnostics.
• Demonstrated experience with Juniper technologies such as AIOps, Data center, Security, Switching, and Wireless.
• Proven ability to influence Product Management and Engineering decisions using technical credibility and data-driven evidence.
• Ability to interpret support case data, defect patterns, and customer feedback to identify systemic issues.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical issues into executive-level insights.
• Experience with HPE Juniper Networking technologies and cloud-managed platforms (preferred).
