What we're looking for
10+ years of experience in solution architecture or related technology leadership roles in large-scale, global environments.
8+ years of experience architecting and delivering ServiceNow-based solutions across multiple products and workflows.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow solution architecture principles, workflow design, data flows, security concepts, and integration patterns.
Experience leading a team of architects or technical professionals, including coaching and prioritizing work.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Demonstrated knowledge of business solution design and workflow orchestration in QSR, retail, enterprise applications, or back-office systems environments.
