Sr Manager, Network Management

What you'll do

• Lead a globally distributed team of Network Engineers in performance management and career development.
• Ensure market solutions align with global network architecture, security, and compliance requirements.
• Govern market exceptions to minimize deviations from global standards.
• Provide engineering leadership for GRNT deployment preparation, including risk identification and mitigation.
• Partner with Global Network Operations to manage cross-market network issues and drive long-term corrective actions.
• Define and lead the global network automation strategy focused on zero-touch provisioning and configuration standardization.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience in Network Engineering for global or multi-market environments.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams across different regions and time zones.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Juniper networking platforms and Palo Alto security solutions.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale network deployments and transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in delivering network automation to enhance scale, reliability, and consistency.
• Ability to influence and lead effectively across diverse regional cultures, vendors, and operating models.
