What you'll do

  • Own and manage cloud-based CRM data replication layer for compliance and integration.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot replication pipelines to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Define recovery point objectives (RPO) and recovery time objectives (RTO) for critical data flows.
  • Architect and operate AWS S3 storage solutions, focusing on high availability and cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with MDM, Analytics Hub, Compliance teams to maintain downstream readiness.
  • Ensure in-scope applications comply with Gilead’s security, architecture, and compliance requirements.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience or Master’s Degree and 6 years of experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS services like S3, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch, Glue, and EventBridge
  • Deep understanding of data replication architectures and managing replication operations
  • Experience in cloud cost management and optimization
  • Preferred: AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification
  • Ability to work closely with business users, IT teams, and vendors
  • Knowledge of RPO/RTO concepts and experience supporting compliant data environments
