Sr Manager Cybersecurity Defense

What you'll do

• Lead all phases of the incident response lifecycle for CSIRT analysts.
• Develop and maintain incident response policies and procedures aligned with best practices.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts during major security incidents with partner teams.
• Report on incident trends and risk insights to senior leadership for strategic decisions.
• Train and mentor team members to build a high-performing incident response unit.
• Contribute to regular tabletop exercises and red team engagements to assess readiness.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of SOC/IR experience required.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing cybersecurity teams.
• Deep understanding of monitoring, detection, incident response, and cloud environments.
• Ability to lead CSIRT effectively during high-severity security incidents.
• Cybersecurity certification such as GIAC, Offensive Security, or ISC2.
• Experience in automating and streamlining response processes using SOAR platforms.
