What you'll do

  • Develop and lead initiatives to ensure the right international growth strategy and product experience.
  • Design and build self-service analytics tools for regional teams to monitor performance and deploy growth levers.
  • Partner with international product and GMs to translate local business questions into structured analytical frameworks.
  • Maintain measurement infrastructure for local incentive programs, including campaign performance tracking and incrementality testing.
  • Identify new growth opportunities across international markets using internal behavioral data and external market trends.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in product data science or analytics within marketplace/e-commerce environments
  • Expert-level SQL skills and proficiency in Python/R for data manipulation and analysis
  • Strong background in experimentation, including A/B testing and causal inference methods
  • Experience building self-service data products used by non-technical business stakeholders
  • Proven ability to navigate international/multi-market contexts with cross-cultural analytical expertise
  • Exceptional skill in translating complex findings into clear narratives for senior audiences
  • Familiarity with modern data stack tooling (dbt, Airflow, Tableau) and collaboration with Data Engineering
