What we're looking for

4+ years of experience building production machine learning systems.
MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency in Python programming.
Proficiency in at least one compiled language like C, C++, Objective-C, Swift, Go, Java, Kotlin, C#, or Rust.
Production experience with training, deploying, and evaluating autonomous agentic systems (preferred).
Production experience working with ML pipelines and large datasets (preferred).
Experience in resource constrained computing, such as embedded systems or mobile development (preferred).
Proficient at using AI agent assistance effectively as part of software development workflows (preferred).
