As a Senior Learning & Development Specialist in Lam’s Global Lab Operations team, you will lead the creation of standardized training programs for critical lab processes worldwide. Your daily tasks include designing learning materials, collaborating with subject matter experts to develop relevant content, applying instructional design principles to ensure practical and engaging solutions, managing project timelines and risks, and analyzing data to identify improvement opportunities. You must have advanced expertise in instructional design and adult learning theory, along with experience leading cross-functional teams and supporting technical organizations. Preferred candidates will bring additional experience in the semiconductor or biotech industry, building global training programs, and holding relevant L&D certifications like CPTD or SHRM-CP.
