What you'll do

  • Define and govern knowledge platform architecture for AI readiness.
  • Lead content model design and semantic layer implementation for normalized data.
  • Ensure seamless integration of knowledge assets with AI systems and platforms.
  • Upskill Knowledge Team in modern headless CMS patterns and structured authoring.
  • Influence stakeholders to adopt new approaches through clear communication and data.
  • Establish governance standards for auditability and defensibility of AI-enabled experiences.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in knowledge management, content strategy, or platform/product leadership.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing headless/hybrid CMS approaches and structured content models.
  • Strong understanding of semantic concepts including taxonomy, ontology, metadata strategy, and governance.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with Data Science/AI Engineering teams for AI integration.
  • Excellent executive communication skills for decision-making and stakeholder alignment.
  • Experience enabling or operating AI-powered knowledge solutions like LLM grounding and evaluation.
  • Background in regulated environments with strong governance and auditability requirements.
