What you'll do

  • Implement and support SSO, MFA, and user access provisioning services.
  • Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Integrate SSO and user registration with IT and product teams.
  • Manage API-based microservices for customizing customer and partner registration.
  • Ensure scalability, capacity planning, redundancy, and resiliency of systems.
  • Monitor service performance to meet SLAs based on business requirements.
  • Design proactive monitoring, alerting, and self-healing mechanisms for services.

What we're looking for

  • US Citizenship required due to government contract involvement.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing and supporting identity & access technologies like Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity.
  • Strong knowledge of SSO, MFA, user identity management, and standards such as SAML, OAuth, SCIM.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across IT application, infrastructure, and product development teams.
  • Advanced technical writing skills for documentation.
  • Familiarity with directory services (preferably Active Directory) and privileged access management platforms.
