What you'll do

Lead the design and development of TIAA's CIAM platform strategy, architecture, and engineering.
Provide hands-on solutions for Identity Verification, Registration, Access Management, Integrations, and API Security.
Ensure compliance with TIAA’s cybersecurity and fraud management standards in all designs.
Define patterns and build frameworks related to Agentic AI, Application, and API Security.
Own Identity Security and Fraud prevention standards, advising internal teams on best practices.

What we're looking for

Minimum 5+ years experience in designing and implementing CIAM solutions.
Proficient with Ping suite products including Ping Federate, Directory, and Access.
Strong engineering/development skills using Java or Python.
Experience in fraud detection and prevention tools like ThreatMetrix.
Expertise in IAM concepts and protocols such as OAuth2, OIDC, SAML.
Ability to create architecture designs and roadmaps for security platforms.
Hands-on experience with identity orchestration tools like Transmit Security's FlexID.
