What you'll do

  • Liaison with production for operational support and issue triage regarding Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) hardware testing.
  • Optimize manufacturing test flows for avionics systems to enhance quality, efficiency, and robustness.
  • Review and approve manufacturing processes and work procedures for avionics LRUs.
  • Lead Material Review Board efforts, driving Root Cause Analysis of nonconforming materials in production.
  • Develop and update test station documentation including troubleshooting guides and work instructions.
  • Coordinate yearly calibration and recommissioning of test systems to ensure accuracy and readiness.

What we're looking for

  • BS degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in design, test, or production manufacturing roles.
  • Expertise in manufacturing test flows and automation for space or electronics industries.
  • Proficiency with lab equipment including spectrum analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes.
  • Experience testing complex components like SoCs, FPGAs, power converters, sensors.
  • Familiarity with schematic and layout ECAD tools and high-reliability board designs.
