What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
  • Minimum 7 years of project management experience with 5+ years in managerial roles.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Medical device industry experience, including new product development and DRM.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
