What you'll do
Act as an advisor and coach to directs on their work and team dynamics.
Performance manage directs to enable engineers to operate at their highest potential.
Sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for open positions, conducting performance evaluations.
Align engineers to the corporate and organization’s strategy.
Recommend changes to policies and establish procedures affecting immediate organizations.
Evaluate new technologies for applicability to product architecture and design.
Present, evangelize, and communicate with partner teams and stakeholders.
