Your responsibilities include implementing solutions across various environments, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable systems through monitoring and alerting mechanisms. You will collaborate closely with Product, UX, testing, operations, and engineering teams to move projects from concept to release while continuously improving platform health and operational excellence. The ideal candidate possesses strong skills in TypeScript/JavaScript, Python (preferred for AWS workloads), Java, Node.js, API development, and experience with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, CodePipeline, and CloudFormation.

What you'll do

Design and implement enhancements for customer-facing conversational experiences using Cognigy virtual assistants.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis to improve monitoring and alerting systems.
Develop secure and scalable solutions across Dev, Test, UAT, and Production environments.
Integrate APIs and manage API development using platforms like Apigee or similar tools.
Support continuous improvement of engineering standards and tooling in an agile environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver software from concept through release.

What we're looking for

Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, Python (preferred), Java, and Node.js.
Develop and maintain integrations across Dev, Test, UAT, and Production environments.
Strong skills in debugging, release support, and continuous improvement of engineering practices.
Experience with AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CodePipeline, CloudFormation/CDK.
Improve reliability through monitoring, alerting, logging, and root-cause analysis of incidents.
