What you'll do

Lead the Analyst team in adopting and informing data flow standards across ingestion, transformation, access, and publishing.
Drive innovation in data sources and tools based on stakeholder needs, including cloud native technologies.
Develop a training program to enhance associate skill sets for data analysis tools and solutions.
Manage the migration from an on-premise implementation to a cloud-based (AWS) solution.
Provide strategic leadership on large cross-functional initiatives and define incremental roadmaps to support business goals.
Champion the usage of data tools and solutions across the RDB Data Analyst community.

What we're looking for

At least 10 years of professional data analysis experience or a Master’s Degree plus 8 years of relevant experience.
Extensive leadership and development experience with open source data technologies (6+ years).
Proven track record in managing people for at least 6 years.
Deep expertise in Big Data tools like AWS and Spark (6+ years).
Significant hands-on experience with cloud-native data processing on AWS (6+ years).
Strong background in process management, project management, and Python programming (each 6+ years).
Demonstrated proficiency in data governance practices (6+ years).
