What you'll do

  • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and curated datasets using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms.
  • Develop dashboards and visual analytics to monitor manufacturing status, inventory, supply risk, and procurement activity.
  • Apply statistical methods and data science models to identify patterns and support business decision-making.
  • Translate complex business requirements from stakeholders into actionable digital and analytical solutions.
  • Integrate and analyze structured and unstructured data from enterprise systems like ERP and manufacturing platforms.
  • Automate recurring reports and manual analyses to improve operational efficiency and data accessibility.
  • Ensure data governance, quality, and documentation standards are met within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
  • Communicate technical findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What we're looking for

  • A Doctorate degree, or Master’s plus 2 years experience, or Bachelor’s plus 4 years experience, or Associate’s plus 8 years experience, or High School plus 10 years of Data Scientist experience.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing environments (preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, analytics, and model development (preferred).
  • Strong SQL skills including complex queries, joins, aggregations, and working with large datasets (preferred).
  • Experience developing dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Power BI (preferred).
  • Experience with cloud data platforms like Databricks, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (preferred).
  • Experience with data engineering processes, including ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, and version control (preferred).
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, finance, or procurement processes (preferred).
