What you'll do

Design, develop, test, and maintain high-scale data platforms using Java and Python.
Build high-performance, fault-tolerant, and secure cloud-based distributed systems.
Implement and manage APIs using protocols such as REST, RPC, and GraphQL.
Conduct performance analysis and troubleshoot large-scale distributed systems.
Deploy and release containerized software applications on cloud-based Kubernetes environments.
Develop and manage distributed orchestration and computing systems like Airflow, Spark, or Flink.
Build and integrate Generative AI components including MCP servers and ReAct approaches.
Optimize backend code for concurrency, memory management, and overall system performance.

What we're looking for

5 years of proven experience developing software in a professional capacity.
5 years of experience implementing and shipping high-scale, high-performance, and secure cloud-based distributed systems.
5 years of experience building large-scale distributed systems in Java/Python or similar languages.
5 years of experience conducting performance analysis and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.
5 years of experience with Java or Python, including proficiency in concurrency, memory management, and performance optimization.
Proficiency in SQL.
B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional work experience.
Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns (preferred).
Experience with CI/CD tools, containerized software, and cloud-based Kubernetes (preferred).
Experience with Gen AI, distributed orchestration systems, and networking concepts (preferred).
