Senior Cybersecurity Technology Consultant

What you'll do

• Lead technical engagements by translating mission or compliance requirements into secure Microsoft platform architectures.
• Provide technical leadership in multi-domain security solution deployments across identity, endpoint, cloud, data, and operations.
• Integrate Microsoft security services into hybrid or multi-cloud environments to enhance cybersecurity posture.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to the development of reusable delivery intellectual property within the Microsoft Security consulting community.
• Align Microsoft security capabilities with federal cybersecurity compliance requirements such as NIST 800-53 and RMF.
• Influence security design decisions through architecture reviews, threat modeling, and risk-based discussions.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of leadership experience in cybersecurity or related field.
• Active U.S. government clearance and ability to hold a polygraph.
• Expertise in designing and implementing enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
• Deep technical knowledge across Microsoft’s Zero Trust security stack.
• Experience aligning Microsoft security capabilities with federal compliance.
• Hands-on delivery or architectural leadership in multiple Microsoft security domains.
• Relevant Microsoft security certifications (e.g., SC-100, AZ-500) preferred.
