What you'll do

Lead technical conversations with customers and Microsoft colleagues to drive value through AI solutions.
Troubleshoot complex issues and support innovation by evaluating pilot opportunities for customer success projects.
Ensure high performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and reliability of deployed AI solutions.
Identify resolutions to unblock customer challenges and contribute repeatable IP to accelerate deployment velocity.
Architect AI solutions aligned with business and IT needs, leading POCs and MVPs for long-term viability.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, business, or related field plus 4+ years of relevant experience.
Deep domain expertise in Azure AI areas such as Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, and CoPilot.
Proficient with programming languages like Python, C#, R, JavaScript for integrating Azure AI services.
Ability to architect enterprise-grade solutions on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) from MVPs to production deployments.
Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code tools like Bicep, Terraform, or Azure Resource Manager.
